About Us

PDQ’s mission is to improve investment performance using intelligent trading design and advanced computer technology. Through our subsidiary, CODA Markets, we help investors by reducing market fragmentation and eliminating flaws in conventional trading platforms that disadvantage mutual and pension funds.

Founded in 2005 by Christopher Keith, a legendary former Chief Technology Officer of the New York Stock Exchange, PDQ Enterprises received patent protection in 2008 for its unique process of aggregating market liquidity in response to new trading orders. The resulting product, CODA’s revolutionary on-demand auction system, is an independent equity marketplace, linked to others around the United States, that executes trades—particularly large ones—quickly at the lowest possible cost.
